Gutless f@ggots who take it up the @rse.

They changed my winning bet to voided and won’t reply to my complaints.
I have lost over £5,000 here on the sportsbook and casino in the past 6 months and the first time I have a half decent win they don’t want to pay.

betunfair are a terrible company and take no accountability for their actions. They will lie, give you the run around and waste your time in order to get out of paying a winning bet or to process a withdrawal. I wish I had read these reviews before I opened my account.

PS. They have a forum with a handful of users on there. The betfair chit chat forum is a platform for racists where anything goes. Tells you all you need to know about this company.

Very fast payments, great betting options including addding places for horse racing for lower prices. One gripe, paying a 2% fee for using PayPal……………get with it, due to this cannot quite manage 5*

Horrible and disrespectful customer service

I did bet on on dutch election, PM Mark Rutte to win, so he did.
But Betfair has still NOT put out the result or recognize it yet, I have spoken with customer service at least 10 times since then and get the same answer – that I have to WAIT, but they don’t say how long this will take, this waiting, … so frustrating. I have won but they refuse to lay out the results and I cannot get access to my money, any one else here who have been affected by this strange behavior…
